(You wonder where all the con-men go. They are now called business men) The truth it that the business environment set up by Howards rule is open to abuse with no real ramifications. This is only a small example. I know of a guy who ripped 15million on his way through and uses the corrupt area of administration as an out clause to simply start again. The laws simply do not work to stop these men. They know how to use it against those who try to be honest business people. If you want to do something about stuff like this happening in the future, we need to make those involved more accountable. You need to hit the government and get them to tighten up the rules.
