No Response to Open Letters
We are deeply disappointed to have not received any responses to our open letters (issued 14 July 2010) to Marty Brickey and BigWorld Technology.
The open letter to Marty Brickey was a demand for payment of unpaid wages, entitlements, and superannuation totalling $657,405.57. Unfortunately: this debt remains unpaid; we have not received any notice of intended payment; and we have not been contacted to enter into any other negotiations.
The open letter to BigWorld Technology was to inform them of our ethical and legal concerns regarding their commercial involvement with Interzone (which may involve ongoing development of Interzone Futebol for release as Online Soccer Champions). Unfortunately, they have offered no response to these concerns.
